Cam Studio allows one complimentary jewelry repair or alteration within the first year of your purchase. 

Jewelry Repair Service Includes:

• Repair of broken chain or component 
• Jewelry finish alteration
• Resizing jewelry

Once your parcel arrives at our studio, it takes up to 5 business days for a team member to process your request. If a service fee is required, we will notify you before proceeding, and a shipping fee may be requested depending on the item's value. We will provide a clear outline of any fees for complete transparency. After processing, you will receive a service timeline detailing when your piece will be shipped back. Once the work is completed, we’ll send you a confirmation notice along with tracking information for your returned item.

We are offering complimentary jewelry cleaning and repairs for Wildfire Survivors.
We understand how meaningful recovered jewelry can be, especially when it holds cherished memories tied to the past. To support wildfire survivors during this challenging time, we are offering FREE Professional Cleaning: Removing soot, grime, or discoloration from your pieces. A team member will contact you to organize a pick-up of your jewelry pieces.
